Welcome to our city... We taste every ingredient's best flavour and have it with gratitude. We embrace the world's richest protein sources.

The purpose of the project aligns with the aim of the Insect City Lab.: how is the food culture changing in a post-human world? We study and analyse the acceptability of eating insects in the world. There are many reasons, one of them being the ecological purpose of minimising food waste. The important purpose is not only for insects to replace other sources of protein such as red meat but also to create another source of food that could relieve the planet's resources.

Eating whole worms or crickets might seem distasteful to the unaccustomed palate. Insect City Lab. invents an "Insect City Cup Noodle" to enhance the acceptability of insects as food. In order to decode the anxiety feeling, and match the general favour and eating accustomed. It was not only designed as an edible insect product but to test the paradox of the visual experience between the insect-branded packaging and the "appetising" insect-based food product inside it. With the gimmick of the high nutrition of the insects and health maintenance.
